- Position Type:Â Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Location: 2144 E. Paris Ave SE Grand Rapids, MI 49546
- Specialty:Â Internal Medicine, out-patientÂ

- Clinical Team Size:Â Currently have 6 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners
- Teaching Opportunities:Â Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements:3 days a month - phone calls only, supported by 24/7 nurse triage.
- Additional details:
- Option between 4- and 5-day work week
- Physician will have 1 to 1 support with a Medical Assistant

Requirements
- Experience preferred, open to new graduates
- Board certified in their respective clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe defined by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
