Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on the campus of Community Hospital North on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
• Outpatient only • Shared call schedule • EPIC EMR • On campus of Community Hospital North with access to full lab, urgent care, and imaging services nearby
Licensure & Certifications -------------------------
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine • Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
