Job Details:

• Provide direct supervision and precept residents in an outpatient clinic setting with AM and PM shifts available
• 
  
• Full-time coverage includes both morning and afternoon sessions Monday through Thursday, consisting of 9 half-day clinical sessions per week
• 
  
• Part-time coverage consists of 4 half-day sessions per week
• 
  
• See 10-14 patients per half-day session staffed with residents
• 
  
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse patient population in an ambulatory setting
• 
  
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions through comprehensive evaluation, testing, and clinical assessment
• 
  
• Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes
• 
  
• Educate patients and families by clearly explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans
• 
  
• Mentor, coach, and serve as a trusted advisor to Internal Medicine residents
• 
  
• Lead formal and informal resident evaluations and provide meaningful feedback to support growth
• 
  
• Prior precepting experience preferred
• 
  
• Drive-in or local candidates preferred
