Responsibilities/Job Description:
Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Physician to join our primary care team at M Health Fairview Clinic Midway. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice with multiple on-site specialties and a long-tenured, highly experienced support staff.
Practice Details:
- 12 provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.
- Call Frequency: 1:18low intensity - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
- As part of Fairview s Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
- Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency training program.
- Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
Qualifications:
$292,650 - $325,167 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
