Physician - Interventional Cardiology
Job Details:
- Provide interventional cardiology coverage including hospital consults, outpatient and inpatient catheterizations, and TEEs
- Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with night beeper call coverage from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Weekend coverage consists of 24-hour call shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- STEMI call coverage required Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 AM and weekends from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- Average of approximately 15 consults per day with an average of 3 procedures per day
- Special procedures include TEEs, echo reads, cardiac catheterizations, and cardiac windows
- EMR system utilized is Epic
- Hospital bed size is 74 beds
- Board certification required; candidates who are truly board eligible will be considered
- Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required
- Active DEA required
