Opportunity:
Physician - Interventional Cardiology
Job Details:
- Provide inpatient interventional cardiology coverage with call responsibilities
- Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with on-call coverage during weekday evenings and weekends
- Handle approximately 2 daily inpatient admissions per physician
- Manage call volume including STEMI activations with potential for rounding responsibilities
- Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
- Perform balloon angioplasties, coronary angioplasty, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and heart catheterization
- Conduct medical management of vascular disease, coronary angiograms, embolic protection procedures
- Provide carotid artery stenting and atherectomy services
- Work alongside other interventional cardiologists during coverage period
- Utilize EPIC documentation system for patient records
- No supervision of other healthcare providers required
- Coverage needed from May 1 through June 30, 2026
- Board certification, BLS/ACLS, and active state license required
