Job Details:

• Provide locum interventional radiology coverage with general IR capabilities
• 
  
• 8-hour day shift generally between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 
  
• Evening call coverage from 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• 
  
• 24-hour call coverage on weekends
• 
  
• Perform 10-15 procedures during typical 8-hour on-site day shift
• 
  
• Handle emergency call-backs as needed during weekday and weekend call shifts
• 
  
• Must have experience with comprehensive list of interventional radiology procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic vascular interventions, angiography, angioplasty, stenting, thrombolytic therapy, embolization therapy, vascular access devices, central lines, port insertions, IVC filters, TIPS procedures, aspiration/drainage procedures, percutaneous needle biopsies, pain management procedures, and various other specialized IR procedures
• 
  
• Stroke capabilities preferred but not required
• 
  
• Board certification in interventional radiology required
• 
  
• IR residency or fellowship training required
• 
  
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• 
  
• North Dakota medical license highly preferred or IMLC required if ND license not active
• 
  
• Clean malpractice record highly preferred
• 
  
• Epic EMR system experience
