- In-person interventional radiology coverage required
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Call schedule: 7 days per week
- Annual emergency room volume: 80,000
- Documentation system/EMR: Full Epic and PACS
- Number of exam rooms: 2 radiology rooms
- Number of radiologists in practice: 2 IR
- Fully staffed radiology support group
- Patient demographic: Adult
- Volume of procedures: 15-25 per day
- General community interventional radiology procedures required
- Strong biopsy and cancer needs
- Board Certified required
- BLS/ACLS Certified required
- Ohio State License required
- Fellowship (Nuclear or Mammography) preferred
- Provider must have clean files to be considered
- Self-query NPDB report required at time of presentation
- DEA Registration required
- Weekend availability required
- On-call availability required
