    Compensation

    • Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
    • Quarterly Incentive Bonus Structure

    About the Role

    At CoreLife, in partnership with MedStar Health, we are changing how obesity and chronic conditions are treated through an integrated, multidisciplinary care model.

    We are seeking a Physician Liaison (Healthcare Sales / Provider Relations) to support our clinics in Bel Air, Owings Mills, Westminster, and White Marsh, MD.

    This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on building strong partnerships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers to drive patient referrals and improve access to care.

    Position Overview

    As a Physician Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact between CoreLife and the medical community, helping providers understand how our programs support patients with obesity and chronic disease management.

    This role is ideal for someone with healthcare sales, provider relations, or medical outreach experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
    • Educate providers and medical staff on CoreLife programs and services
    • Drive referral growth by increasing awareness and engagement within the medical community
    • Serve as the liaison between CoreLife clinics and referring providers
    • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and outreach visits within your territory
    • Partner with marketing, sales, and business development teams to expand market presence
    • Represent CoreLife at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities
    • Track outreach activity and referral trends to support business growth
    • Ensure a seamless experience for providers and patients through effective communication

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
    • Experience in healthcare sales, physician liaison, or provider relations preferred
    • Background in a medical, clinical, or nutrition-related field is a plus
    • Proven ability to build relationships and drive results
    • Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership and clinical teams
    • Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning skills
    • Proficient with CRM systems and technology tools
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
