Overview:
Compensation/Benefits
- $30.10-$49.17/hr. depending on previous work experience

Responsibilities:
Job Summary
- Identify and evaluates strategic growth opportunities through provider and patient feedback, market observations, and referral trend insights
- Translates field intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations for strategy, service line, and senior leadership
- Fosters relationships with community leaders and attends special events in partnership with NRHS Community Benefit Department
- Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to advance organizational priorities
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Sales, Business Development or a related field
- Healthcare Background preferred
- Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort working independently in ambiguous or evolving environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
