About the Opportunity
A well-established, physician-owned specialty practice with four locations across Central Florida, and plans to expand to six, is growing its referral network, and its healthcare marketing and physician-relations partner is hiring a full-time Physician Liaison to lead that growth. The practice serves a large and fast-growing patient base spanning Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties, and this role owns outreach across three distinct markets: the Lake Mary and greater Seminole County corridor, the rapidly developing West Orlando communities, and the South Orlando and Osceola County territory.
This is a growth position with a clear mandate and measurable impact. You will be the in-field face of the practice to hundreds of primary care and specialty offices, building the relationships that drive new referrals and strengthening the ones already in place. The practice has an established reputation, active provider engagement, and leadership that invests in outreach, so you will be building on a strong foundation rather than starting from zero. As new locations open, the territory and the opportunity grow with them.
You will spend your days visiting referring practices, building rapport with providers and their frontline staff, and positioning the practice as an accessible, responsive specialty partner. This is grassroots, relationship-first outreach with real ownership of a multi-market territory, not inside sales or telemarketing.
