Physician-Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist

The Colorado Permanente Medical Group in Denver has an opportunity for a BC/BE full scope Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist to join FOUR others in our MFM division in Denver, Colorado. 

The clinical responsibility will be primarily consultative with regular scheduled rounding and home call coverage.  We are not a total OB practice and do not cover in house call, nor do we perform deliveries.   The outpatient ultrasound and consultative coverage is primarily at our central location in downtown Denver, at the newly renovated Franklin Medical Building.   Our current team consists of four full-time MFM physicians, two genetic counselors, two diabetic nurses, and seven full-time ultra sonographers.

The inpatient consultative coverage is exclusively at HCA HealthONE Rose Medical Center which delivers over 4,000 babies per year more than any other hospital in the Denver region and is renowned for women’s health services. CMPG cares for approximately 1,500 deliveries at Rose Medical Center.  Teaching and involvement of the Intermountain OB/GYN residents in antepartum admissions and rounding at HCA HealthOne Rose Medical Center is expected.  In addition, the OB/GYN Department has over 70 full- and part-time physicians as well as Urogynecology and Gyn Oncology subspecialists.  Kaiser Permanente’s evidence-based approach to patient care is an integral part of our success and continued growth.
