SSM Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician to join an established, high-performing outpatient practice in O'Fallon, Missouri. This opportunity offers a Monday through Friday schedule, a supportive and family-oriented culture, and the opportunity to build a rewarding career within one of the most successful primary care practices in the St. Louis region.

Recently renovated and continuing to expand, this modern clinic combines exceptional patient care with a collegial environment where physicians are empowered to thrive professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time, 100% outpatient Family Medicine position
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• No inpatient responsibilities
• Minimal call commitment: one weekend every seven weeks
• • Begins Friday at 4:00 p.m. and ends Monday at 8:00 a.m.
  • Call volume is light, with no expected hospital hours while on call
• Opportunity for future partnership with existing providers
• Strong referral network with specialty support located within approximately 15 minutes of the clinic

Practice Details:

This established and highly respected practice includes:

• (3) experienced Family Medicine physicians
• (5) advanced practice providers (APP)
• (2) physicians with more than 20 years of tenure within the practice
• (4) APPs who have been with the team for over four years that rank in the 10% of the System

The clinic recently underwent a significant renovation, creating a modern, welcoming, and highly functional workspace for providers, staff, and patients. In addition, the adjacent OB/GYN practice has received approval for a complete renovation, further enhancing the campus and patient experience.
