About Us

We are opening a newly renovated clinic located on the south side of Wichita, KS, committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care for individuals and families in our community. Our modern facility is designed to support a collaborative and efficient work environment for both patients and staff.

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician MDDO specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Pediatrics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-residency experience and a strong desire to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Schedule & Workload

  • 36 hours per week of direct patient care
  • 4 hours per week of administrative time
  • Monday - Friday schedule
  • Rotating Saturday mornings (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients across the lifespan (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics)
  • Conduct patient assessments, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings
  • Provide preventive care education and counseling to patients and families

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Pediatrics
  • Unrestricted medical license in the state of Kansas or ability to obtain
  • Current DEA registration
  • 2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to patient-centered care in a community-focused clinic
