    Physician/ Medical Director in Occupational Medicine needed in NE Ohio Aultman Health System, recognized as a trusted healthcare leader in Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to bringing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve. As part of our mission, AultWorks Occupational Medicine provides comprehensive occupational health services to employers and employees across the region, helping businesses maintain healthy, productive workforces. With multiple clinic locations in Canton and surrounding areas, AultWorks specializes in injury care, worksite health services, pre-placement exams, and return-to-work programs. We are seeking a physician to join our Occupational Medicine team at Aultworks. This candidate would function as both a provider and leader of the practice as the Medical Director. The Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership, medical direction, and guidance to the Aultworks Occupational Medicine program while promoting quality and cost-effective medical care at all levels of the organization. What Youll Do: Deliver clinical occupational medicine services and injury care for employers and their employees. Clinic time will mainly focus on oversight and education of APPs Ensure compliance and working knowledge of the regulations governing the workplace, including those issued by OSHA, DOL, EPA, Ohio BWC, and EEOC, in addition to applicable laws such as the ADA and FMLA. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the AultWorks Occupational Medicine Program Oversee the AultWorks quality improvement process Role will be roughly 70% administrative 30% clinical Position Highlights/Requirements: Part-time, employed position within Aultman Health System Work-life balance: Daytime hours (no weekends or holidays) with flexible scheduling Dedicated and experienced clinic staff with advanced practice provider support Licensed physician in the State of Ohio, or ability to obtain Meet the physician board certification requirements for the Aultman Medical Staff and obtain privileges of the Aultman Medical Staff Experience in Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Orthopedics preferred Ohio BWC, Department of Transportation, Medical Review Officer certification, or ability to obtain Compensation Benefits: Competitive base salary Comprehensive and low cost benefit package Paid malpractice coverage CME allowance Signing Bonus Educational Loan Assistance Relocation assistance Retirement package including 401(k) with matching plus 457(b) deferred compensation Generous PTO About Aultman Health System The Aultman Health System is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving Stark and surrounding counties.
