PHYSICIAN/MEDICAL DIRECTOR - AULTWORKS

Physician/ Medical Director in Occupational Medicine needed in NE Ohio Aultman Health System, recognized as a trusted healthcare leader in Northeast Ohio, is dedicated to bringing high-quality, compassionate care to the communities we serve. With multiple clinic locations in Canton and surrounding areas, AultWorks specializes in injury care, worksite health services, pre-placement exams, and return-to-work programs. We are seeking a physician to join our Occupational Medicine team at Aultworks. This candidate would function as both a provider and leader of the practice as the Medical Director. The Medical Director is responsible for providing leadership, medical direction, and guidance to the Aultworks Occupational Medicine program while promoting quality and cost-effective medical care at all levels of the organization. What Youll Do: Deliver clinical occupational medicine services and injury care for employers and their employees. Clinic time will mainly focus on oversight and education of APPs Ensure compliance and working knowledge of the regulations governing the workplace, including those issued by OSHA, DOL, EPA, Ohio BWC, and EEOC, in addition to applicable laws such as the ADA and FMLA.
