Compensation That Reflects Your Value
First Year Package- $400,000 Salary, $20,000 in Call Pay, $10,000 Quality Bonus, and RVU production bonuses
Negotiable Signing Bonus (up to $100,000) with additional retention bonuses in year 2 and beyond.
39 days of PTO (nearly 8 weeks) with $4500 CME allowance
