What You’ll Do:- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU
- Manage care for infants from a busy maternity service supporting approximately 4,000 deliveries annually
- Perform hands-on neonatal procedures
- Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners during daytime hours
- Participate in home-based night call shifts with 24/7 NNP coverage
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care aligned with Pediatrix standards
- Support and mentor new graduates and team members
- Engage in professional development activities within a collegial environment
What You Need:- MD or DO degree, valid medical license in Kentucky or eligible for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- At least 0+ years of neonatal care experience (new graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
