    Opportunity Information:

    Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologists to join a premier, innovative, and rapidly growing team of providers. This recruitment includes three full-time positions across two established practice locations: California Pacific Medical Center (San Francisco, CA) and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center (Oakland and Berkeley, CA).

    Our integrated neonatology program spans three clinical sites, supporting an annual delivery volume of approximately 7,000 births and an average daily NICU census of 36. Physicians practice across a high-acuity, collaborative environment with access to advanced technology and subspecialty support.

    Clinical scope includes:

    • Management of micropreemies utilizing advanced ventilation strategies
    • Dedicated Small Baby Unit for specialized neonatal care
    • Comprehensive neonatal surgical services
    • Therapeutic hypothermia
    • Neonatal transport coordination

    Qualifications:
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
    • Active California medical license (or eligibility) by start date
