Opportunity Information:
Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Adult Headache Neurologist to join the largest multispecialty neurology group in the San Francisco Bay Area.
 
This is a unique opportunity to practice within a well-established, highly supported Headache program designed to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the Sutter Northern California network.

Specialized Headache Program

  • Join a multidisciplinary Headache team including physicians, nurse practitioners, RNs, and dedicated authorization coordinators
  • Practice within a true comprehensive care model, emphasizing longitudinal outpatient management rather than consult-only care
  • Perform a wide range of procedures, including:
    • Botox injections
    • Occipital nerve blocks
    • Trigger point injections
    • SPG blocks
  • Enjoy highly efficient procedure days, with nursing support handling Botox preparation and block setup—allowing you to stay focused on patient care

Collaborative Neuroscience Environment

  • Be part of a robust and highly subspecialized neurology group, including expertise in:
    movement disorders, epilepsy, dementia, neuromuscular disease, vascular neurology, neuro-oncology, pain medicine, sleep, neuro-interventional radiology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology, and neuroradiology
  • Participate in regular neuroscience grand rounds and multidisciplinary case conferences, fostering collaboration and continuous learning

    • Teaching medical students and residents
    • Development of an outpatient Headache clinic in Marin County
