Job Details:

• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• 
  
• Seeking full-time coverage with willingness to take multiple providers for long-term consistent coverage
• 
  
• Bread-and-butter neurology practice seeing patients with migraines, Parkinson's disease, MS, follow-up stroke, seizures, neuropathy, and similar conditions
• 
  
• Expected patient volume of 12-16 encounters per shift
• 
  
• Provider must be comfortable managing minimal opioid stable patients' medication management
• 
  
• Migraine treatment with Botox administration is a plus
• 
  
• Board certification required (minimum certified)
• 
  
• BLS certification required
