    Description

    Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible Obesity Medicine Physician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital South. Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process. 
           Accredited Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence
           Focus on medical bariatrics
           No call
           Non-surgical
           Established referral system
           Great work atmosphere with engaged cohesive partners
           Support with behavioral health coach, exercise physiologist, dietary & primary/specialty care physicians
           Competitive compensation and benefits package, including incentives

    Desired requirements
           BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
           Fellowship training in bariatric medicine/obesity medicine is preferred
           Certification from ABOM require
           Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
           Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
