Community Physician Network is seeking a board certified/board eligible fellowship trained Bariatrician who is motivated to make a difference in Central Indiana, at Community Hospital South. Ideal candidates will have a passion for managing a busy medical weight loss program and a willingness to provide support throughout the entire process.
