Opportunity Overview
Our organization is seeking a per diem Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our expanding medical team. This role involves providing coverage for the Leave of Absence (LOA) department, requiring the physician to perform comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services. Responsibilities will include managing cases such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions, as well as supporting Labor and Delivery and potentially handling office visits. The OB/GYN will also need to be available for gynecological emergencies that arise in the Emergency Department.
Position Highlights: The physician will be responsible for full-scope OB/GYN coverage, which may encompass office duties, Labor and Delivery, and GYN cases from the Emergency Department, including but not limited to ectopic pregnancies and torsions.
Location: Castro Valley, California (Eden Hospital and medical office located at 20101 Lake Chabot Road)
