Monadnock Community Hospital (MCH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oncology Physician to join our growing healthcare team. This is a part-time, hospital-employed position offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive cancer care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while helping shape the future of oncology services in our community.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care for adult patients
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with cancer and blood disorders using evidence-based practices
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, infusion specialists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing advancement of oncology services
  • Utilize electronic health records to support efficient documentation, care coordination, and patient management
  • Engage in patient education, survivorship planning, and compassionate support throughout the continuum of care

What We're Looking For

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
  • Active New Hampshire medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration
  • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based medicine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Dedication to patient-centered care and collaborative practice
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
