Physician - Medical Oncology
Job Details:
- Provide Medical Oncology coverage in a hospital, infusion center, and outpatient setting
- Monday through Friday daytime shifts with overnight call required and weekend call highly preferred
- Full-time coverage needed with on-call responsibilities for continuity of care
- Providers who do not wish to take weekend call will conclude service each Friday at 4:30 PM
- Consult services with approximately 22-25 patients per day
- Support staff includes 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers; no APP coverage on weekends
- EMR system: Epic
- Hospital bed size: 540 beds
- Malignant Hematology experience required
- Medical Oncology and Infusion Center coverage required
- Board Certification in both Hematology and Oncology required
- MN license required; IMLC accepted
- DEA required
- BLS certification required
