    What We're Looking For

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to diagnose, treat, and perform surgical procedures for a wide range of eye diseases, injuries, and vision disorders. This role involves conducting comprehensive eye examinations, prescribing corrective lenses and medications, performing procedures such as cataract, glaucoma, retinal, and laser surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, patient education, and staying current with the latest advancements in ophthalmology.

    Opportunity Highlights

    • Perform a variety of ophthalmology surgical procedures

    Candidate Qualifications

    • MD or DO degree

    • Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency

    • Valid, unrestricted state medical license

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible through the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO) preferred

    • Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and communication abilities

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Conduct comprehensive eye exams, vision testing, and interpret diagnostic studies

    • Diagnose and treat conditions including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and ocular trauma

    • Perform cataract, glaucoma, retinal, and laser surgeries

    • Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and medications

    • Educate patients on eye health, treatment options, and preventive care

    • Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals

    • Maintain accurate patient records and remain current on advancements in ophthalmology
