A 50-year-old non-profit community health center is staffing a new outpatient clinic in Rocklin, CA and will hire either a BC/BE Family Medicine physician or an experienced Nurse Practitioner under CA's new 103 NP independent-practice pathway. Start at the established Auburn clinic, then move to Rocklin at opening.

Compensation

• Physician (MD/DO): $261,600–$324,350 + up to $100K relocation/sign-on
• Nurse Practitioner (103): $132,600–$185,450

Qualifications

• MD/DO BC/BE Family Medicine with unrestricted CA license — OR — CA NP with 103 status (3+ years transition-to-practice complete), FNP certification, DEA
