What Youll Do
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
Develop and manage non-surgical treatment plans for foot and ankle conditions
Oversee pre- and post-operative patient care, including wound management and rehabilitation
Perform a full range of foot and ankle surgeries such as fracture fixation, arthroscopic procedures, joint replacements, and deformity corrections
Manage complex trauma cases and high-acuity limb salvage procedures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in resident education
Provide urgent/emergent orthopedic care during on-call rotations
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Contribute to operational readiness and clinical research initiatives
What You Need
Required:
MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school (or recognized equivalent)
Current, active, unrestricted medical license in California
Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery and Fellowship in Foot & Ankle
Minimum 1-year post-residency experience with specialized training in foot and ankle surgery
Preferred:
Experience with trauma management and limb salvage procedures
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
