What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
- Develop and oversee non-surgical treatment plans for foot and ankle conditions
- Manage pre- and post-operative patient care, including wound management and rehab
- Perform a full range of foot and ankle surgeries, such as fracture fixation, arthroscopy, joint replacements, and deformity corrections
- Handle complex trauma, limb salvage, and high-acuity cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in resident education
- Provide urgent and emergent orthopedic care during on-call rotations
- Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to operational and research initiatives
What You Need
Required:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or Canadian medical school
- Active, unrestricted medical license in California
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery
- Minimum 1 year post-residency experience
Preferred:
- Experience with complex trauma and limb salvage cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
