Physician - Orthopedic Surgery - Davis Medical Center

Job Summary

The physician provides orthopedic surgery clinical and surgical care in an outpatient/inpatient setting. Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. Collaborate and coordinate the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure appropriate continuum of care.

Education

Graduate of an Accredited Medical School. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree and be eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license. Candidates must have completed an American accredited orthopedic surgery fellowship program and be ABMS board certified or board eligible.

Credentials

• Active and unrestricted West Virginia License.
• Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate.
• Fully credentialed according to medical staff by-laws of the organization.
