CHRISTUS Health is an international, faith-based Catholic health ministry comprising over 600 services and hospitals, including long-term care facilities, community hospitals, walk-in clinics, and health-insurance organizations. Locally, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa is in a period of massive expansion across San Antonio, delivering compassionate, high-quality care and advanced medical services to the community. As the multi-specialty medical group representing CHRISTUS Health, CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic (CTC) operates with an established history of 18 years and is dedicated to physician-led, patient-centered care, providing the robust infrastructure and clinical support necessary for providers to thrive.
San Antonio offers a vibrant, growing metropolitan market with a wonderful quality of life, excellent schools, and no state income tax. Within this thriving region, our established outpatient Otolaryngology (ENT) practice operates in the highly desirable Stone Oak market. The incoming physician will join an established solo-physician practice model historically focused on general ENT with a specialized subspecialty in sinus and allergy care. You will be supported by a dedicated, lean, and efficient on-site team consisting of 1 audiologist, 1 Medical Assistant (MA), and multiple front office staff. Backed by a robust primary care network generating over 700 ENT-specific referrals annually, our clinic provides an immediate, full-volume patient base managing existing overflow.
We are looking to expand our ENT service line and are open to candidates interested in plastics and head and neck, while also needing to handle bread-and-butter work.

In 1999, two historic Catholic charities became one, forming CHRISTUS Health and creating a unique purpose in the modern health care market - to take better care of people.
To extend the healing ministry of Jesus Christ, the mission that the Sisters of Charity Health Care system and Incarnate Word Health system shared for more than a century, is now also the mission of CHRISTUS Health.
Ranked among the top 10 Catholic health systems in the United States by size, the CHRISTUS Health system includes more than 40 hospitals and facilities in seven U.S. states, Chile and six states in Mexico, with assets of more than $4.6 billion.
Whether seeking care in Alexandria Louisiana, or Coahuila, Mexico, patients discover that the healing spirit is alive at CHRISTUS Health.
