    Job Description

    Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Physician (MD/DO) to lead a well-established Wound Care Clinic in Orlando, FL, in partnership with Healogics and Orlando Health Wound Care Center.

    Healogics is the nation’s leader in advanced wound care—operating 600+ hospital-based centers, treating over 300,000 patients annually, and healing nearly 4 million wounds. 

    A Highly Procedural, Specialized Role

    This is a hands-on, procedure-driven position designed for physicians who enjoy performing procedures and want to focus their practice in a highly specialized outpatient setting.

    • 100% outpatient, procedural environment
    • Perform advanced wound care procedures such as debridement, incision & drainage (I&D), and other bedside interventions
    • Consistent procedural volume with a structured, appointment-based workflow
    • Minimal administrative burden—focus on patient care and clinical excellence

    ️ Outstanding Work-Life Balance

    • Monday–Friday | ~40 hours per week (daytime schedule)
    • No nights, no weekends, no call, no holidays
    • Predictable schedule with strong support and efficiency

    Practice Environment

    • Hospital-integrated outpatient clinic with OrlandoHealth Wound Care Center
    • Employed by Healogics
    • Primarily serving a geriatric patient population
    • Access to advanced therapies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO)

    • Case Manager
    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses
    • Office Manager
    • Front and Back Office Staff

    Growth & Development

    • Wound Care & HBO training provided—no prior wound care experience required
    • Opportunity to step into Medical Director and leadership roles

    Qualifications

    • MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible
    • Active state medical license and DEA
    • 2+ years of procedural experience required (urgent care, wound care, or similar setting)
    • Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach
