Physician Part Time - Primary Care+, Float

AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a Part-Time Float, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work-life balance.

In this role, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

This Provider will need to be able to work 18-30 hours per week and be available to work full weekday and weekend shifts.
