Job Description

Position Overview

As a Pathologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and guiding patient care across a diverse hospital system. This position offers a stable weekday schedule, balanced call rotation, and the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled clinicians in a supportive environment.

Schedule & Call
  • Day Shift: Monday – Friday
  • Call Coverage: Shared across the hospital system
  • Call Rotation: 1 week every 7 weeks
Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and diagnose a wide range of pathology specimens
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams across multiple specialties
  • Provide timely and accurate pathology reports to support patient care decisions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and case reviews
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pathology (within 5 years of residency completion)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based environment
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $104,000 – $1,404,000 (based on experience, training, and role scope)
  • Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process
