Physician - Pediatric Nephrology

About the Opportunity

Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a highly motivated full-time Pediatric Nephrologist to join our collaborative team that provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient nephrology care for the state of Hawaii.

What You'll Do:

• Providing general nephrology care

• Inpatient and outpatient dialysis services

• Ongoing care for pediatric renal transplant patients

• Participate in research and teaching through the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Eligible to obtain a medical license in the State of Hawaii

About Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i's only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawaii's leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawaii and the Pacific region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi'olani.
