WakeMed Children's - Pediatric Weight Management in Raleigh is committed to improving the health and well-being of children and youth facing challenges and medical problems associated with excess weight, overweight and obesity. Our team takes a collaborative approach to address the many complex factors that impact weight, including genetics and biology, the environment, and individual behaviors. Together, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to develop a personalized, family-based treatment for all patients. The Physician may be responsible for providing teaching and supervision to residents, medical students and/or APP's within their division. The Physician is responsible for appropriate coding and corporate compliance and may be responsible for some general administrative responsibilities of the practice. Physician reports directly to the Director of Pediatric Specialties and understands and supports the mission values, and management of WPP and WakeMed.
