Door County Medical Center (DCMC), a highly rated 25-bed critical access hospital in beautiful Door County, WI, is searching for another full-time pediatrician. DCMC is an independent hospital and clinic.  Our mission and values prioritize putting patients first in every aspect of our work. Currently, two full-time Pediatricians practice 36 clinic hours per week with call rotation 1:3 from home. Optional, 4-day work week.  Competitive guaranteed salary and benefits, 95% outpatient in an established pediatric practice with nursery coverage when on call for ~110 births/year, low volume inpatient admissions, and infrequent ED consults. Interdisciplinary collaboration and practice support.  On-site TeleNICU, Urgent Care, ER, Lab, Radiology, OB/GYN, Hospitalist, and Clinic. The support team is friendly, warm, and compassionate in caring for our patients. Generous CME and relocation benefits, including loan forgiveness.

Education: Board certified or eligible in pediatrics, MD or DO.

Certifications, and Licenses: Unrestricted WI state license, PALS, and NRP.
