A thriving, long-standing outpatient pediatric practice in Miami, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join its team as the current lead physician transitions into retirement. Position Highlights• Outpatient only – zero hospital responsibilities
• No call – all after-hours calls handled by a triage service
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• No nights, weekends, or extended hours
• Standard patient volume: ~24 patients per day
• Work alongside a highly experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner and strong clinical support team
