What You’ll Do- Provide backup coverage for NICU on-call duties in a leading facility in Worcester, MA
- Evaluate neonatal and pediatric patients in critical care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to on-call situations promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with staff and families
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need- Active Medical License in Massachusetts
- Board Certification in Pediatrics, Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, or Critical Care Medicine (preferred)
- Prior NICU or pediatric critical care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities confidently
