What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as backup on-call Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) physician
  • Provide expert medical assistance during on-call periods in the NICU
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
  • Support neonates and infants with complex medical needs
  • Document clinical activities and communicate effectively with hospital staff
  • Uphold all safety, compliance, and quality standards

What You Need:
  • Valid medical license in Massachusetts
  • Board-certified or eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine or Critical Care Medicine
  • Experience working in a NICU or pediatric critical care setting preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle on-call responsibilities effectively
