Pay & Benefits:- Pay package: $1.00/hour (or as discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:- Serve as backup on-call Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) physician
- Provide expert medical assistance during on-call periods in the NICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Support neonates and infants with complex medical needs
- Document clinical activities and communicate effectively with hospital staff
- Uphold all safety, compliance, and quality standards
What You Need:- Valid medical license in Massachusetts
- Board-certified or eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine or Critical Care Medicine
- Experience working in a NICU or pediatric critical care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities effectively
