Job Details:

• Experienced providers preferred with Pediatric Board Certification highly preferred
• 
  
• Fixed clinic schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• 
  
• Call coverage required for approximately 10 days per month, predominantly newborn care, on a rotating call schedule with a local provider
• 
  
• Coverage schedule includes a combination of Clinic Only, Clinic with Call, and Call Only on weekends
• 
  
• Clinic resources include CLIA Waive testing in office, front office staff, dedicated medical assistant, dedicated office manager, higher level lab and X-ray available at hospital, and a full-time local in-office pediatrician
• 
  
• Pediatric inpatient care required including Nursery Level I
• 
  
• Required to attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries
• 
  
• Non-invasive ventilation management (BiPAP/CPAP) required
• 
  
• Newborn intubation required; pediatric intubation required
• 
  
• Ventilation management for newborns required, both acute and chronic
• 
  
• Circumcision required
• 
  
• PALS certification required
• 
  
• Facility is a Level 3 Trauma Center with 24-hour availability of anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and other support services
