At NorthBay Health, The Podiatrist will provide expert care in the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions and injuries, ensuring patients receive comprehensive care from diagnosis through recovery.
With expertise in both surgical and non-surgical treatment options, the Podiatrist will address a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, diabetic foot care, trauma, and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Dedicated procedure and administrative time
Call Ratio: Shared call
Daily Patient Census: Varies based on outpatient and surgical cases
Equipment/Resources: Advanced imaging, state-of-the-art surgical suites, advanced biologics and modalities
Provider Support: Full medical team support

Compensation Structure
NorthBay Health uses a structured compensation framework. Staff-level positions use a step-based system (Steps 1-5) based on years of directly related experience, with Step 5 representing 20 or more years of experience in the role. Manager level and above positions are paid a fixed annual base salary and are eligible for a variable incentive compensation plan. Physician compensation is structured based on specialty and role requirements.
