Physician Practice Operations Manager Multi Provider

Department: Multi Provider 

Schedule: Day | Full-time | Monday - Friday

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Serve as a key bridge between practice physicians, office staff, and administrative teams to foster seamless communication and alignment.
• Partner with physician leadership to design and execute impactful growth strategies and business plans that elevate our practice.
• Drive success by supporting financial targets, managing budgets, and monitoring billing and collection functions.
• Oversee daily site operations, optimize patient flow, and nurture a supportive environment through active staff development, recruitment, and scheduling.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and vendor relations while continually assessing and enhancing the quality of patient care services.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative
  leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1
  year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need:

Previous medical office management experience.
