Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a dynamic and respected primary care team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, specialists, and support staff

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
