Job Details:
• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed
• Assist in patient management within adult and geriatric inpatient units
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school required
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry (all subspecialties encouraged to apply)
• Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential
