Job Description
Seeking a BE/BC Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a well-established, collaborative behavioral health team in northwest Indiana, providing high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive outpatient setting.

Position Highlights:

  • Established outpatient psychiatry practice with strong collegial support
  • Flexible full-time schedule with sustainable patient volume
  • Average outpatient volume of 16–22 patients per day
  • Weekday call rotation approximately 1:8
  • No evening, night, or weekend call (tele-psychiatry provides after-hours coverage)
  • Strong clinical support staff and coordinated care model
  • May provide coverage across multiple regional clinics
  • Focus on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
