Physician - Pulm/Critical Care

Opportunity:

Physician - Pediatrics - Pulmonology

Job Details:

• Provide coverage 1 week per month with 5 days on campus and weekend on-call
• 
  
• Handle inpatient, bronchoscopy, and outpatient services with call responsibilities
• 
  
• Provide day (inpatient) and night call coverage 7 days a week
• 
  
• Manage approximately 4 phone consultations per day
• 
  
• Participate in ICU consults as needed (not exclusively ICU-based)
• 
  
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonology required
• 
  
• Must hold or be eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
• 
  
• Valid DEA licensure required
• 
  
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• 
  
• Fellowship training required (3 years)
• 
  
• Preferred skills include ventilation management, intubation, conscious/deep sedation, central line placement, and various pediatric procedures
• 
  
• X-ray and EKG interpretation skills preferred
