Physician - Radiation Oncology
Job Details:
- Provide Radiation Oncology coverage in an ambulatory clinic setting
- Schedule runs Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- No on-call or weekend requirements
- Oversee patient treatments, new consults, follow-ups, and planning
- Conduct status checks and participate in tumor conferences
- Perform required procedures including SBRT, IMRT, 3D, and SRS
- See approximately 20 patients per day across various oncologic disease states
- Work with a support team consisting of 1 RN, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 Medical Physicists, and 3 Dosimetrists
- Utilize Epic EMR system
- Active Board Certification required
- Kentucky License or IMLC (Letter of Qualification in hand) required
- Residency or Fellowship training required
- BLS preferred and must be obtained by start date
- DEA preferred and must be obtained for assignment, with prescription plan available if not issued by start date
