MD - Radiation Oncology

Job Details:

• Provide outpatient clinic-based coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 
  
• No call, no weekends, no rounding, and no procedures required
• 
  
• Every weekday coverage required for continuity of care
• 
  
• Strong preference for one full-time locum provider to cover all scheduled clinic days; will also consider two providers splitting coverage
• 
  
• Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy in an outpatient setting
• 
  
• Conduct new patient consultations including review of medical history, imaging, and pathology
• 
  
• Develop and oversee radiation treatment plans in collaboration with medical physicists and dosimetry teams
• 
  
• Provide follow-up care and survivorship planning for patients post-treatment
• 
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical oncology, surgery, and support staff

The outpatient radiation oncology clinic is equipped with modern technology and resources to support complex treatment planning and patient management.
