Physician (MD) - Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
- Provide daily interventional radiology cases and call coverage
- Perform embolization procedures
- Conduct pulmonary thrombectomy procedures
- Perform various drainage procedures including abscess, nephrostomy, and biliary drainages
- Insert IVC filters
- Provide central venous access including dialysis catheters, central lines, and PICCs
- Perform TIPS procedures
- Conduct lumbar punctures
- Perform thoracentesis and paracentesis procedures
- Coverage dates: June 1-5 and June 8-12, starting at 7:00 AM with call through 4:30 PM Friday
- Board certification required with minimum board certification eligibility
- Fellowship training required (2 years)
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Work at a Level 1 trauma facility
