IDR is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for physician and clinical roles within a healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The position requires a strategic partner who can manage relationships with internal leaders and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
Position Overview for the Physician Recruiter :
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring leaders, advising on team structures and role requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders by providing updates and proactively resolving issues.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate journey through consistent touchpoints, clear communication, and follow-up.
- Proactively source physician/provider talent through networking, outreach, referrals, and targeted search strategies.
Requirements for the Physician Recruiter :
- 3-5 years experience in physician/provider recruiting with demonstrated ability to run a true full-cycle process.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with senior leaders.
- Comfortable balancing strategy with execution, including administrative and process work.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Experience managing relationships and delivering high-quality candidate engagement.
